According to the different casting system, the plastic mold can be divided into three types:

The die part of the fine nozzle is generally composed of three steel plate, so it is also known as the structure of this kind of structure ". Three plate mold is the most simple structure.

(3) hot runner mold: this kind of mold structure and fine nozzle is largely the same, the biggest difference is channel in a or a plurality of constant temperature hot runner plate and the hot sprue mouth, no cold material demoulding, runner and gate directly on the product, so the channel does not need to release. This system is also known as the nozzle system, raw material saving, applicable to more expensive raw materials, products require a higher, difficulty of designing and processing, mold cost. Hot runner system, also known as hot runner system, mainly by the hot runner sleeve, hot runner plate, temperature control box. Our common hot runner system has two forms: single point hot runner and multi point hot runner. Single point of hot runner is a single hot runner sleeve directly to the molten plastic enters the cavity. It can be used for single cavity single gate of plastic mold; multi-point hot runner is through a hot runner plate to melt branching into the hot runner sleeve to enter the cavity, it is used to the single cavity multiple point into the material or multi cavity mold.
